Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the FlushCash online platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by Timo Weber, Habichtweg 216, 54662 Speicher, Germany (hereinafter "Provider"). By registering on the Platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Section 2 Registration and User Account

Registration is permitted for persons aged 16 and over. Minors between 16 and 18 require the consent of their legal guardians. Truthful information must be provided during registration.

A user account is non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for keeping their access data confidential. The Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts in the event of misuse or false information.

Section 3 Platform Services

The Platform provides the user with access to surveys from external providers. The respective external providers are solely responsible for the conduct, content and compensation of the individual surveys.

The Provider gives no guarantee regarding the availability, accuracy or compensation of individual surveys. Participation in surveys takes place on the basis of the respective external provider's terms.

Section 4 Earnings and Compensation

For successful participation in surveys, the user receives a credit, which is added to their user account balance in US dollars. Crediting is done automatically based on feedback (postback) from the respective external provider.

The Provider reserves the right not to credit earnings, or to reverse earnings already credited, if a survey was not properly completed, if manipulation has occurred, or if the external provider withdraws the compensation.

Section 5 Payouts

Earnings can be paid out once a minimum balance of $5.00 has been reached. Payouts are made via the offered methods (currently PayPal).

Payout requests are generally processed within 48 hours. The Provider reserves the right to withhold or reject payouts in cases of suspected misuse.

Section 6 User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• provide only truthful information in surveys,
• not create multiple accounts,
• not use automated scripts or bots,
• not disclose survey content to third parties,
• not misuse the Platform.

In the event of violations, the Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts and forfeit earnings.

Section 7 Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time without notice. The Provider may discontinue use of the Platform at any time or suspend accounts for good cause. Unpaid balances expire upon account closure if the minimum payout threshold has not been reached.

Section 8 Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and only to the extent of typically foreseeable damage.

The Provider assumes no liability for the functionality or content of the integrated external survey providers.

Section 9 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of material changes in a timely manner. If the user does not object within four weeks of being informed, the amended Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.

Section 10 Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office.

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
